The Chesterfield Township Fire Department is proud to announce the release of its 2025–2030 Strategic Plan — a comprehensive, community-driven roadmap guiding the department’s growth and service delivery over the next five years.
The plan represents more than two years of collaboration involving department personnel at every level, elected township officials, and input from over 200 community members. It sets a clear direction for organizational excellence while keeping the department’s mission at the center: protecting life, property, and the environment for every resident and business in Chesterfield Township.
